What services do you offer for forged and cast wheels?
We offer the complete development process from a single source: design, construction, FEM calculation, material selection, prototype construction, small series, large series, quality control and worldwide approval. This also includes all accompanying services such as documentation, project management and supplier coordination.

Do you also manufacture prototypes and small series?
Yes. A focus of our work is on the development and production of prototype wheels as well as small series for tuning companies, refiners, motorsport teams, defense projects and special vehicles. One-off productions are also possible.

What quantities can you produce?
We realize every batch size – from individual pieces as prototypes to small series (e.g. 20–100 pieces) to large series with several thousand units per year. Thanks to our global network of certified manufacturing sites, we find the right manufacturer for every project.

Can you handle worldwide approvals and tests?
Yes, if desired, we accompany the entire process of national and international wheel approval. This includes, among others: TÜV / KBA, ECE, JWL / VIA, SAE, specifications for defense and special vehicles

What materials and manufacturing methods are used?
We develop and manufacture wheels from forged aluminum, cast aluminum, hybrid constructions e.g. with rim beds made of CFRP, FlowForming as well as specialized high-load alloys. The manufacturing processes are selected to match the application and requirements.

Can you develop wheels specifically for particularly high loads or extreme operating conditions?
Yes. For heavy-duty, military, and special vehicles, we develop extremely durable wheels with an adapted structure, special alloy, and FEM-optimized design. These meet significantly higher requirements than standard OEM rims.

Are individual designs and brand looks possible?
Of course. We develop custom rim designs that perfectly match the brand or vehicle concept – from sporty and delicate to massive and functional. Project-specific Class A surfaces and logo integrations are also possible.
